I was scrambling to get our RV insured at the last minute—turns out neither of us had made the call. With just two minutes to spare before closing on Friday, I rushed to our Mission Kirby insurance provider. Thankfully, I was greeted by Sukhpal, who was not only friendly and welcoming but incredibly knowledgeable. She jumped into action right away. What a relief to receive such attentive, customer-first service. Thanks to her dedication, we were able to head into our camping weekend stress-free. Huge thanks to the team!

After attending 2 other ins companies and calling 4 others only Kirby Insurance services were knowledgeable enough to get the job done correctly. I will continue to make them my goto contact from now on.

HIGHLY recommend using Kirby Insurance for all your insurance needs. I have been using Ashley at Kirby since 2020 and she is TRULY amazing! I've never had an insurance company continuously work so hard to keep my business. They are a true gem. She is constantly looking out to see if she can find us a better deal somewhere and that our insurance covers us fully. I recommend them to all my family and friends.

Extremely rude on the phone yelled at me and told me I’m not covered properly and they’re the only people who can help me. Didn’t even explain why. Tell your employees not to yell at people just because you couldn’t get the sale. Stay away from these scammers. Not sure how the BBB hasn’t been notified yet. Shocking

These people are supposed to shop around for a good price for your home insurance, INSTEAD I find out 3 years later I'm over paying $80+ a MONTH. That's ALMOST 3000 DOLLARS of my money you people wasted over 3 years.

Jodi and her staff are amazing. The best insurance company I have ever worked with. They always go over and above to support their customers. I live on Vancouver Island and they still do my insurance and are better than all the other companies. Highly recommended

Have always had great service but last week when enquiring about mobile home insurance with my husband I literally had to leave while my husband finished with the staff member who was cold, condescending, rude , and made us feel like we were stupid and at one point as my husband was showing her photos to assist in some of her questions she flipped her hand up and said don't show me any more pictures ? at that point I told my husband if I don't walk out there will be a scene. very sad because we have always felt welcomed and helped in a very professional way... new staff member perhaps? she most definitely needs training in customer service and perhaps smile a bit, cold does not describe her adequately.
