great service, got us in right away no appointment.
we had a wobble in the back of our van and didn't know why, they identified the issue with one look and were able to swap out our rear tires. took 15 minutes. great service and good price. very thankful. highly recommend.

Damaged Vehicle, Dismissed Concerns — Unsafe and Unprofessional Experience
I brought my vehicle to Tires Plus as a first-time customer for a basic seasonal tire swap. What I got in return was a nightmare of vehicle damage, poor treatment, and zero accountability.
Immediately after the service, I noticed steering issues, loud squealing, and my vehicle pulling to the left — none of which were present beforehand. I returned to the shop the following week for a pre-booked oil change, and I raised these concerns. Their mechanic test drove my vehicle did an inspection. At no point did they acknowledge any major issues or mention anything unsafe.
Not long after, I was driving to Abbotsford with my sister and toddler on a rainy day when I nearly lost control of the vehicle on the highway. I was so frightened I couldn’t drive it home. I inched it over to Hyundai, where I was told my vehicle was unsafe to drive due to:
Both control arms were damaged
My tires were worn to the cords on the inside edges
The alignment was severely off on all 4 corners
Even more disturbing: Tires Plus hammered my winter rims excessively with a sledgehammer during removal, there was no attempt to notify me, no attempt to warn me of any damages that might occur, and the damaged rims were handed back in plastic bags without any notice or explanation. I was sent on my way with a severely compromised vehicle. Not once. But TWICE.
When I raised these concerns, the shop owner laughed at me and dismissed my experience entirely. That lack of professionalism was as shocking as the damage itself.
To be clear, this isn’t about trying to get free service — it’s about safety, transparency, and respect. Prior to this visit, my vehicle had passed a full inspection elsewhere: tires, alignment, steering, and suspension were all in good condition. The problems began immediately after this shop's service.
I've since documented everything — with photos, written reports, and damaged parts.
I trusted this shop to do a routine job, and they returned my vehicle in far worse shape. I absolutely cannot recommend Tires Plus.

what an amazing experience! dropped my squealing jeep off for my appointment this morning, they called me for pick up less than 2 hours later. it was simply my power steering fluid (im so not a car girlie if you cant tell lol) they let me know i have a leak that isn’t worth the price to fix and to just keep topping it up rather than taking advantage of my lack of knowledge and saying i needed a replacement (: they also used one of my spare bulbs to replace my headlight for me. i was more than pleasantly surprised upon pick up to be told that it was all free of charge! my first time here and i think ive found my new autoshop. thanks so much guys
