So...it was Okayyy....very underwhelming though. Our room was the smaller suite of the chalet....and it's very small. Literally a bed and kitchenette within 3 feet of each other. The bed was hard and uncomfortable and there was no head board...so literally just a mattress. The kitchenette was nicely stocked though. The bathroom didn't have a shower, only a tub because of the angle of the roof :/.The pools were nice, but also a little underwhelming. There's also just nothing around the area so it felt a bit "shack in the woods" instead of escape or retreat in the luxury of a hot spring. And the staff just seemed...annoyed we were even there lol and annoyed we asked questions related to our stay :|

The soak factor matches the relax factor which is only heightened by the beauty that surrounds the springs. Staff are calm and work with integrity and hospitality. The drive is sublime but the roads need a little tlc.

Came here for the Hot Springs. Arrived first thing at 9:30 it was pretty quiet and I almost had the springs to myself. Staff were very friendly and the facilities are good. There is a place to buy snacks and drinks however it is very limited option and there as a necessity so I recommend bringing your own. The changing facilities are great, clean and tidy. And there is a free water fountain by the pool. I recommend bringing a lock with you for the changing rooms if you don’t want to pay $1 + $6 refundable deposit. The pool was clean and had a great view into the hills. Overall I would highly recommend and I am looking forward to coming again.Safety: I would say very safe.Walkability: Definitely drive this. There are some trails nearbyNoteworthy details: Hot springs are open to the public.Takes around half hour to get up from the town.

It is a bit of a winding mountain road to get here, and first impressions as we arrive were great. There are 2 pools, the smaller one having the warmer temperature. Nestled near a mountainside, all you see are the beautiful coniferous trees which is lovely, and no road noise at all. It also looks like there are cabin rentals and camping spots. The pools admission fee was very reasonable, but be aware there is a charge and deposit for each towel you take and each lock. You can always bring your own. Food? Very little to offer, and what was offered was microwaved frozen dinners, not impressive by any means. If you are traveling, be sure to dine before you get here. Reception upon arrival was very cold, uncaring, and rather short with us. Having never been here, one would have thought reception would have been more welcoming. The drive from Vernon here was interesting and the 6 minute Needles Ferry ride was nice. Perhaps I expected more out of Nakusp, or really, I did not know what to expect ... but certainly didn't expect such a cold welcoming. Coming from Saskatchewan, there are other hot springs around BC interior with way more friendly staff.

My husband, our 2.5-year-old, and I stayed in Chalet 1, and it was a wonderful experience. The chalet had everything we needed, though if you're a coffee lover, remember to bring coffee pot filters and your own grounds, as the provided pods weren't very strong. The pools were fantastic - the cool pool was at a comfortable 97 degrees, and the hot pool was a soothing 103 degrees, in the winter these temperatures are higher. There's even a cold shower by the pools if you're in the mood for a refreshing rinse. The view of the tall, tree-covered mountains added to the relaxation factor.Another highlight was the Nakusp Hotsprings Trail, which conveniently starts right by the parking lot. It's a great way to connect with nature and enjoy the surrounding beauty. While there's no on-site restaurant, the chalet kitchen allowed us to prepare our own meals, and it's just a quick drive into town where we discovered some wonderful dining options.Overall, our stay at Nakusp Hotsprings was a memorable and rejuvenating experience. We can't wait to return for another relaxing getaway.

Rented one of the cabins for a night with the family, rooms were very clean, ready on time and well equipped. Hot springs were nice and hot, staff was very accommodating. Take the short hike to the "source" of the spring.

Wonderful view, especially in the evenings. Sosk in the wsrm water and watch the mountains. It's very clean, when you come into the changeroom there is a large shelf for shoes and the floor in the changeroom is WARM, phantastic. We stayed in the campground. Nice place, the creek is really loud, laugh, it's the perfect white noise to make you sleep like a baby. Only negative point:Although it's great, that it's pitch black at night and you see so many stars, the stairs towards the washrooms should have a light. If you don't take a flashlight or you are elderly, this is dangerous.

My family just went to enjoy the hot spring pools. The price for a family is reasonable. The facilities accommodate those that prefer to change in private. We were able to get a lock for the locker with the fee refunded when it was returned. There were several pool noodles around that were free to use. There was a cold shower to one side of the pool. There is a fountain accessible from the pool. We had no issues with the facilities or the staff.

Unlike radium this hot spring is not popular. The water is hotter than most hot springs however. Our lodgings were great and were literally a five-minute walk to the hot springs. Nothing special to say about the rooms. They were serviceable and we

Clean facility compared to Banff hot springs. It was busy when I went at night just before August long weekend. Better than I expected. It's a really beautiful hot pool tucked in between the mountains.

The road was more then I recalled. Once committed your on & watch for fallen rock! I was just pulling 17' up...I was placed on the back side of the campground & so it made for a wonderful private forest view with the sounds of the mountain stream rushing down. Quiet & pristine lots! The Hotspring experience was incredible YOU must DO the COLD water outside shower!! AND the poolside noodles are a MUST have. Get comfy & float under the stars!!I suppose for some the inclined walk up to the Hotspring might be difficult?!Perhaps an added service of a golf cart type transport would be nice to & from?!Make sure you fill up your water reserves with the clean Spring water:)Walkability: Steep inclined walk up to Hotsprings may NOT be easy on some...take a flashlight!

It wasn't the hot springs I was looking for but it's very nice and it's reasonably priced compared to others. I don't know anything about the chalets but the camping area's seemed to be well looked after with a picnic table for each tent site. Rv camping as well there. Just don't listen to Google maps if it tells you to leave the main road as it takes you 3 kms up a rough mountain rd which is definitely not the right spot.
