Don't go here if you want to cash in lottery tickets. Brought two tickets
I had won "1 free $5 ticket" and "multiple prizes $3 and 1 free ticket"
The cashier redeemed my free $5 ticket and said he didn't have any tickets he could give me (effectively making it so it could not redeem it somewhere else)
And proceeded to argue with me in front of multiple other customers that I had only won a free ticket on the other ticket I had cashed in (was supposed to get $3 aswell.)
I understand it's just scratch tickets, but I find this unprofessional, and now I cannot claim either of the actual prizes I won.

Great service, it is a convenience store so prices are a bit high, great chicken wings at a good price and a couple other things, I like this store.

Frankly, I go in that establishment as little as possible - there's an ATM, so there's that, customer service is nothing in this city as far as my 7-11 experiences, definitely below par.
The list is lengthy and never positive, mainly though it's when my full change was refused, and issues with using cash - as a business these things are just ridiculous. I've always supported 7-11, in Nanaimo that won't be the case.

I buy smokes, put gas and buy snacks regularly but now, not anymore.
All cashiers are grumpy, rude and angry, yes especially the girls. Men are not all bad as they're really nice.
Those cashiers seem to not be there. No greetings when I enter and out. Terrible 711 in the island if not in canada.
I'm a customer existed for 10 years now. I would not go there anymore. Why would I buy something with my own money and get crapp. Not anymore. Those shouldn't work there or in customer service.

The worker Amit at the 5th street 711 in Nanaimo bc is a very kind fair man we tried to get the night snack discount and the other workers refused to give us it while the promotion is available yet he stepped up and helped us with the order and they did not have the potato wedges available at the time he told us that it would be a 5min wait and during that time for our inconvenience he offered us a fountain drink which we kindly expected I'd like to see this man take up a manager's position or some kind of raise for his hospitality and kindness toward customers

Twice we’ve had the experience where the actual gas price here has been >$0.15/L more expensive than the posted google maps price.
