This has been my go-to 7-11 location for years--I can take the bus from my house, get off at 7-11, and then catch the bus back home.
Staff are always very helpful and friendly. Store is always very clean, the hot food is always fresh and they have a good selection of packaged foods with new options frequently.
As a bonus, the view is gorgeous if you cross the street and chill at the beach with your food or drink :)

Spent almost 40$ for an aux cord and adapter for my phone. Didn’t even last 24 hours. Don’t get anything other then drinks or food here.

Fortunately if you go in blindfolded, you'll know what store you're in. Mmm mmm, the unmistakable stench of Sevvy! The staff @ this particular location seem to all be quite pleasant and happy to help, which hasn't been my experience at most of the 7-11 locations.

Don't buy cell prepaid from this 7 11 location, the receipt for code is not legible, the print machine prints faded letters. Impossible to read.Had a difficult time in resolving this, when they could of just getting money back. We had to argue just to get what was paid 5min earlier. The female staff could have solved by being a better listener and understand customer point and most important finding a solution. She did finally return until we raised our voice.Kinda disappointing from a local neighborhood convenience store and know the next customer buying cell prepaid would have the exactly same problem. The print receipt is not legible.Hope you fix this before it happens to next customer.

I heard people talking about this place when I came here to buy some stuffs. They were thankful for this 7/11 location being here because it is the most accessible store they have around.

This is a great place, but it has smelled like they have a sewage back up inside the store for over a year, would be nice to address the issue.

Great store. Well stocked with lots of sales and perfectly located across from Departure Bay beach. Staff very friendly. Gasoline pumps too.
