“We were amazed at the ease with which we were able to purchase and arrange delivery of our beautiful freezer, It was made easy with the guidance of Lakesh Lal, the Trail agent who spent time on the telephone with us exploring our need and providing options. Overall, Trail ( and Lakesh) renewed our belief that excellent service is still available. A shout-out, too, for the guys who made the delivery. They carefully unpacked and placed the freezer in the optimum position and gave us tips on prepping the unit and how long to delay before loading. Thank you Trail - and Lakesh.”

“Called rather late in the day, and had the pleasure of speaking with Joseph. Upon cruising quickly from Errington to Nanaimo for 4:15pm on a Sunday, not only had Joseph taken the time to pre-research some varied front load laundry sets for us, but he was able to quickly pivot, at our request, to top load sets, due to size restraints of our modular home.
After a quick check, and bear in mind, this is right before Canada Day on Tuesday, Joseph was able to wrangle up the set we wanted, and have us scheduled for a next Friday delivery and install, with the old machines taken away, all well within our price point, and all this before 5pm on that lovely Sunday.
Most definitely a customer for life, as these guys and gals are a step above... good on you!”

“I just wanted to say that I was in there today for quite a while. There wasn’t enough employees to help me and a lady in front of me. I am disabled on a cane that was pretty tough waiting. Definitely not the employee‘s fault! Finally saw somebody at a different desk and went there. His name was Graeham (… Hope I got his name, spelled right!)
He was super helpful right from the beginning. I had heard a bit of a kerfuffle when I was browsing, and I believe it was him having difficulty with another customer.
However when I got to him, he was clearly a little shaken because it would have just happened. I was completely impressed by his professionalism, kindness and helpfulness… He even went and got me a chair, cause I’ve been standing for so long and my legs were shaking. I got what I needed done, which was to restart my phone because it wasn’t working.
I just want his boss and everyone to know that he was a wonderful , kind human being to deal with… especially considering his previous customer. I hope they have more more employees to help in that department.

The staff in the appliances section at Rona were massively helpful and provided a very contrasting experience compared to other stores. There was no pressure sell. They provided just the right amount of information and support. When it came to purchasing our products the delivery, installation and customer service was fantastic. They did exactly what they said they were going to do exactly when they said they were going to do it. They also have a good selection of appliances actually in stock so you don't have to wait a crazy amount of time for delivery.”
