My centre pipe/muffler was rattling against the body of my car very loudly. They fixed it quickly, gave me a couple of options with different prices, and were very pleasant on the phone. Great experience!

Had conflicting information from dealer concerning the work to be done. Budget's info was right, dealer was wrong. AND Budget was cheaper. Not the first time I've dealt with Budget, and it will not be the last.

Work was done well and they got me in on the same day, but disappointed in the excessive amount of labour cost. I asked for my front break pads to be changed and nothing else. Somehow they determined this should take 3.4 hours of labour. A job that takes an hour at the most.

I have taken my car for repairs to Budget on Shenton Rd. in Nanaimo twice. Both times they diagnosed my problem and fixed it right away on short notice. They are honest and did an excellent job both times.

Professional customer service and affordable. They do much more than the name suggests and better prices than a dealership. I felt they were honest and they gave me options as to how the repairs would be performed.
