“I wish I could give them 500 stars instead of 5! Exceptional service and very professional staffs. I felt very welcomed whenever I walked in, and their work standard was beyond my expectation. My infamous-for-windshield-change Acura MDX gave them some hard time to work on but they resolved the issue very professionally. I honestly think they should had charged us (way) more. I cannot recommend more on Apple Auto Glass in Nanaimo. I will certainly go back every time I have problem with my windshield and would definitely recommend them to my family and friends :) Two thumbs up!”

“The price was fair, the work and return time was excellent. One star off for when the helpful staff were looking to find me a matching privacy glass, they returned after awhile from the back and stood so far away by the back door to talk to me about my window. To hear them, understand what they were saying I had to move slightly closer around the side of the counter, lean in, as I did, I inadvertently got in the way of one of the lady staff, and she, blurted shockingly loudly "EXCUSE ME!!", which really startled me, and I was quite embarrassed.”

“The windshield was most likely faulty or not installed properly.Got it installed less than a month ago and today, after first freezing night within this timeframe, I drove the truck early morning to the car service and after picking it up I found the crack on passenger side. Checked with car service shop to see if they might hit it with something but that was negative and with no visible chip or any structural damage around or on the crack, most likable result is faulty windshield that didn't hold the freezing night followed by truck coming into car shop where the temperature was higher than outside.I don't believe this should be happening on any windshield, my was few weeks old.I am going to ask for a replacement.Edit:Called directly to Nanaimo Speedy glass at Nicol st. and they confirmed that this might be under warranty if there is no chip around. Came in, they checked and scheduled me for a replacement under warranty.Happy with Speedy glass approach in this situation. “Boyd’s did a fantastic job for us! They were very accommodating and super helpful. Taylor, Sophie and Will were always pleasant and worked very hard to keep us posted and went out of their way to help us out. It is a difficult time for autobody shops as they are overwhelmed, however even under these circumstances they really tried their best.
