It's 5:40pm on a Tuesday (Feb.13). Me, my partner, and my baby love to shop at chapters. The store looks clean and have good stuff. We went from happy to upset, because of this one worker at the left end checkout. She was rude. Very passive aggressive. I don't care if she had a long day, because I've worked 16 hours and I'm not like that to customers. Not an excuse to be rude or mean to people. (Idk her name but it said "BK" on her tag. Idk if that's a name)

I was there once 6 months ago .There were 2 racks of science fiction books .Hasn't changed waste of time going to store . Not many current authors novels on shelves .

It has everything I want! I can spend hours browsing the store. Great location too, in the same parking lot as the mall!

One of the best Chapters/Indigos I have ever been to personally. That had an amazing in-store selection and even had some hard to find books I was looking for! Very clean and spacious as well.

I love this store. I usually find what I'm looking for and my favourite part is the gift section. I can usually find the perfect last minute gift. Prices are reasonable. Staff are always friendly and helpful.

Always enjoy browsing book shops. I had a tough time finding any books on my list though. I went through 20 authors or more before I found a book that was in the store and wasn't a hard cover. It's fun to browse all the same.

Lots of options for you and your kiddos. Great toy and book section for kids + there's a Starbucks attached to the store for quick pick me ups. As always Starbucks washrooms are clean.
