Luke and his crew provided an incredible dinner for our small wedding. It was definitely the highlight of the evening and made our wedding so special. The service was amazing and he even prepared food for the kiddos and kept them entertained as they watched him prepare. We’re already thinking about when we could next have him again! Would highly recommend!

Luke and his team were exceptional. What started as a 20 person event turned to 60 and he didn’t blink an eye. He handled everything - the rental, the menu, the support staff and it was professional and perfection. The team arrived on time (even early some may say) and were ready to start. The set up was seamless. We communicated what we wanted and they made it shine. The entire team was respectful, smiling, hard working and just genuinely lovely. The food was delicious. The bottle service throughout the dinner was a nice touch. The attention to detail was noticed by all. Clean up was insane. They left the kitchen and work space better than they found it. I’m excited to host again and again. Thank you Luke

There really aren’t enough stars for Luke & his team. The menu he made for our 50 guests was incredible and beautifully presented, as expected from the recommendations we’d received. But even more so, the service was above and beyond. They were so attentive and friendly that the guests thought of them as part of our celebration. They left the space spotless – the next morning there was no evidence a large gathering had even happened…except for the thoughtfully packaged leftovers in the fridge.

My husband hired Chef Luke for an intimate dinner at our home for my birthday and it was such a great experience. He took suggestions with our preferences in mind but also made the dishes his own and they were top notch delicious.
It was such a pleasure to have him in our home. We will definitely be using his services again in the future.

I recently hired Chef Luke for a surprise dinner, and I can’t recommend him enough. From the very first call, he was incredibly helpful, professional, and genuinely excited to help me pull off the surprise. He went above and beyond—not just in preparing a fantastic meal, but in making the entire experience truly memorable.
The food he cooked for us was absolutely delicious—every dish was thoughtfully prepared and full of flavors. It turned our evening into something really special, something we’ll both remember for a long time.
Luke’s attention to detail, his warmth, and his dedication to making the night perfect really stood out. If you’re looking for a private chef who not only delivers an incredible meal but also cares deeply about the experience he’s creating, I highly recommend him.

A fantastic experience! Luke was punctual, informative, efficient and artistic.
A five course meal for 4 with two wonderful surprise dishes included. The tableware was shiny clean. Each dish was explained and was so decorative I almost didn't want to destroy the image. There were new tastes and flavors for us to sample. The dessert was light and lovely, bursting with flavor.
This was definitely a wonderful evening.
And no cleanup for me. Everything was pristine when he left.

A perfect birthday dinner at our home with 20 guests. At my husband’s request, Chef Luke prepared a phenomenal array of different meats including lamb belly, lamb meatballs, tomahawk, pork loin and fried chicken, all with the perfect accompaniments, followed by a selection of mouthwatering desserts. Our guests were blown away by the food, the service, the professionalism and sheer joy of having Luke and his team in our home and making everything so effortless for us and enabling us to thoroughly enjoy the company of our guests. My husband, who travels the world and has tasted food from every continent has said that he has never experienced and enjoyed such exquisite cuisine. I honestly cannot wait to host another elaborate, top-notch, stress-free dinner party at my home, with no prep and no cleaning up to do! Chef’s Course is truly the best!

Thank you for catering such a wonderful 100+ person New Years lunch! Luke and his team were incredible to work with and provided an amazing customer service experience from end to end. Luke’s passion is apparent from the way he approached developing the menu, to touring and prepping the space, to the teams service and presence at the actual event. He worked with my budget without compromising quality. Received all good feedback from colleagues, will definitely be using Chefs Course for future events.

Chef Luke and his colleague David made our Christmas dinner with extended family truly special, absolutely memorable, and undeniably delicious. From the first time I reached out to Luke, through menu planning and coordination, to the actual event itself, everything was remarkably easy, totally professional, and completely top-notch. I had VERY high expectations (and am a notoriously picky perfectionist), and even still Luke and team managed to blow me away with their service, quality, and professionalism.
Our group contained kids (some more adventurous eaters than others), a person with celiac, and a vegan, and Luke made sure that every single one of our guests had a delicious, satisfying, and special meal that everyone will remember for many years. Some quotes from the evening: “the only problem with this is no other Christmas dinner will ever compare!” and “the portobello fries make my heart laugh” (from my three-year-old). I cannot recommend Luke and his team highly enough: they transformed a potentially stressful family event into a truly relaxed and delightful evening. If you want to actually VISIT with your guests, rather than worry and work in the kitchen, do yourself (and everyone on your guest list) a favour and hire Luke for your next special event! (I wish I had remembered to take pictures, but I was too busy savoring everything that I totally forgot to pull out my phone….which I suppose is a high compliment in itself!!)
