Terrible bank to deal with after having an account with them for 32 years. Worst customer service ever! They don’t care about you, just making money. Time to close all my accounts with Cibc. Crooks

The country club branch is a joke.When there's a line up of customers, please deal with them first instead of training staff.How you train your staff in your time shouldn't have to be an inconvenience for the customers. Get your priorities in check! This is ridiculous!

CIBC is the worst bank in all of Canada. Their products are terrible, their fees are the highest, and the customer service is absolutely horrendous. I can’t wait until I have a few hours to go in to close all my accounts with them and switch to any other bank.

This branch closed my business account without contacting me. The manager who I talked to had no explanation why I was not contacted. Poorly run organization.Edit- I ended up talking to the general manager, who was very helpful and was able to book my business partner an appointment to get this sorted out. Once he had finished the appointment, they arranged to mail the documents to a Vancouver branch for me to sign, as I now live in Vancouver. But instead of sending the documents to the branch in Vancouver, as we had discussed, they sent them to a Calgary branch. HOW is that even possible?/ its 2021 I signed my mortgage documents online, and these guys cant figure out how to email a branch in Vancouver? This organization clearly has no idea what they are doing. Please do not trust your banking with this branch. If you are able to talk to the general manager Brea, you will get good service, but other than that, you are out of luck

Waited numerous times in long lineup the branch is mismanaged always short on tellers and usually a 15-20 wait and lunch time forget it one teller for 15 people in line

Great bank if you like standing in line because it is always short staffed. Lots of people there to sell you rrsps and things like that, but no interest in helping with day to day banking.
