They don't have sandwiches or fried chicken wings like other Costco food court do.

The Costco food court remains a delightful and affordable dining experience with its generous portions and tasty options, particularly the hot dogs and pizza. However, the absence of sauerkraut, banana peppers, and jalapenos as hot dog toppings since COVID-19, along with the discontinued chicken wings, are missed by many patrons. A pineapple pizza would be a fantastic addition to the menu, catering to those who enjoy sweet and savory combinations. Despite these minor critiques, the friendly service, convenience, and value keep customers coming back, and addressing these suggestions could further enhance the already enjoyable food court experience.

Sadly on two occasions our experience with the food court was not very pleasing. They tell you things in a very commanding tone. Me and my husband ordered one pizza and 7 hotdogs with 7 drinks. We requested for a tray to carry the 7 drinks and he said they didn't have any trays. Somehow we managed to go to the car carrying 7 cups. This was not the first time we experienced this at the food court. Very direspectful customer service. But to be honest, we never had any bad experience in our regular shopping at costco.

The staff at this store are generally excellent. The customers are also better than average and that makes shopping here a good experience. Thank you Nanaimo Costco.

Came here the day after Boxing Day to do a return and to get a new membership. Everyone gets a dud Xmas gift- and the sweatpants my husband and I received were it this year. So off to Costco we went. Upon first glance, the return line looked scary, but it actually went quite quickly. Our return was handled efficiently and fast. Then off to the membership line up. Mine had expired, and they had a promotion where if a current member signed up a new member, you received 2 x 10$ gift cards. My Mom signed up my husband and I got the spouse card for free. It was 60$ but you got the 20$ in gift cards. The guy who helped was really friendly and helpful. Our membership was processed, pictures were taken, and off we went. I didn't do any shopping, which was probably for the best, as the check out lines were brutal.
