The staff is friendly, helpful , wish it had a gas bar tho and kept the books.

Costco are a perfect place to shop for bulk buying. I can spend money $$$$ fast there! lol. Especially in the meat department.

At the food court a small child accidentally fell and bumped her head, enough to leave a small welt. Within minutes, Morgan was there giving assistance. He saw it from his till, got someone to cover and immediately came to her aid. For a younger man, I was imlressed as how he took control of the incident and made the little girl feel comfortable and safe. He checked her out thoroughly and reassured the little girl the whole time it was going to be alright. She remained calm the whole time. To know what to do when medical attention is needed is one thing, but to be that compassionate is another. Very impressed. Well done!!! Also, we come every week for something and it never disappoints. Fast service, plenty of stock and price wise its fair. Been a member since 2000 and we moved here (Parksville) March 2024 and this is by far the best Costco we have been to.

Stupid system. Husband and I there together. We both have membership cards. The family card. I showed my card, husband goes to pay. Told no he can't pay as I used my member card. 1) its a family card we are both on 2) whether i paid or he paid it was coming from the same chequing account 3) it's none of costcos business how we pay for our family groceries. So wife/husband wife/wife husband/husband if you show your family membership card you must also use your debit card even if your spouses debit card is coming from the same banking account. Stupidity on every level
