My husband and I walked in to Delco a month or so ago. We had just started our fireplace research. The fellow there was rude at the get go.It seemed we had disturbed him in walking in. There were no other people in the shop. He said he could not help us until we had all of our measurements. He didn't give us an opportunity to even look at the different makes and styles. We walked out never to return!

My wife and I wandered into Delco looking for a new fireplace and were told that they only sold directly to installers, they were not retail. However the young man there showed us their showroom, answered all our questions and provided helpful information knowing full well he couldn't sell us anything. He did provide us with several cards of independent installers which he recommended. Ultimately Delco will gain by their excellent service, and they deserve it.
