Absolutely amazing Mechanic! I previously took my car to another Mechanic and they were not able to diagnose and fix the problem, but Departure Bay Automotive did!! AND in a timely manner! Thank you for your honest and professional opinions aswell. I finally found my go-to mechanic in town! Highly recommend this team.

Took my car in months ago but forgot to leave a review. They 100% took advantage because I'm a chick. Told me they can't check my breaks because "pieces might fall off" why they couldn't take it down the road and test out the brakes like anyone with basic knowledge of mechanics would think to do, beats me. They then tightened my timing belt (it was new and already had been tightened, it had presented zero issues but they had to get $120 out of me somehow. I picked it up after closing and they told me they would include an invoice which they did not. I have already stopped multiple people from getting any work here. There's tons of local mechanics that won't try to rip you off. AVOID THIS PLACE.Service: Brakes
