Brooke and Kat are the perfect duo for this unique store where you will find all sorts if gems inside ! They are fun and responsive, helpful and kind. Whenever I'm in their store everyone is working hard at keeping the shelves stocked and the store clean. Everyone offers a smile and if you need a photography studio, there is an "upper funk" that they rent out for such an affordable rate. It is bright, clean and cute with the coolest windows ever overlooking beautiful down town nanaimo. There are options to rent from their wardrobe when using the studio or use their studio lights. It is a private studio with a change room and bathroom access. I love booking their studio!

I was a bit disappointed with my shop today.. I hadn’t been in awhile, nobody greeted me, nobody asked if they could help / put stuff in the change room. I only got a “Hi” from an employee when I got to the desk to pay. The owner had just there and was super friendly while paying

They have good selection and layout of the store, but the prices are WAY too high. I found multiple items on the racks that were prices higher than they originally sold for…. In and out quickly for me today.

The staff is always very helpful and knowledgeable cannot recommend them more highly we just consigned a bunch of clothes here and sign up was easy and explained well and look forward to dealing with them further

Brookes insulting behaviour on three separate occasions, my integrity, my appearance, (hair) and today me my wife and our relationship. Brooke- "oh wife doesn't wanna be seen with you today"? Me, after bit o shock- "she's resting" Brooke implies she's lazy Me- "she's resting because she has to and we'd both prefer it if she didn't have to" Brooke- has a little chuckle and I leave. I regret every penny I ever spent in there and will never shop there again, f*** you very much Brooke.
