I have had the pleasure of working with Hartmann & Company in 2023 and 2024.
I worked mostly with Nick Hartmann and he is so easy to do business with. This company carries great quality product and fair pricing. The furniture I purchased in 2023 which is being used in my very high turnover rental unit still looks brand new!
Delivery of the furniture to both of my condos was carried out by Nick and his team, they have done an impeccable job on moving pieces to putting the storage beds together.
I would not hesitate to recommend them to friends and family. Hartmann and Co will be my go to place if I ever need to get new furniture or re-upholstering my older stuff.

We brought a coffee table and end tables to Hartman to be refinished. We were astounded by how great they looked. They look better than new and the work exceeded our expectations of how they would turn out. There was damage and some wear and tear from years of use and everything was restored perfectly.

Great, honest company. Really put in the extra effort to make sure everything was right. They sell furniture of the highest quality, and are more than fairly priced. Worth a visit if you are looking for you next furniture purchase.

I've had 2 sets of furniture (dining room chairs & bed frame) reupholstered at Hartmann's in the last 8 months and I have been very very happy with my experience and thrilled with the final results both times. Nick and his team are attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable. I would 100% recommend Hartmann & Co for anyone looking to enhance and preserve their furniture.

Nick at Hartmann Furniture in Nanaimo, was terrific in helping me find the right sectional! Arrived ahead of time and you can see and feel the quality of the construction. I would recommend this company!

From the early planning phases of wanting to reupholster my couch, until delivery, Nick and his team were exceptional. The outcome exceeded my expectations and I am thrilled with the new look/feel. Hartmann and Co. provided excellent customer service-prompt communications, offering suggestions based on my requests/needs, explaining the process and timelines and making the financial transactions very smooth/reasonable. Living in a small, rural town, brought some delivery challenges, but Nick jumped in to help make it happen. My decision to use Hartmann and Co. to prolong the longevity of my favorite couch, was spot on.

We recently had a banquette and head board re-upholstered by Hartmann and Co and we couldn't be happier with the results. They are built in pieces so they had to come disassemble and take the pieces to their shop. They had the project done quickly and mess free. We love the look of the pieces and we know they will last forever due to the high quality of the materials they used. We will absolutely visit Hartmann and Co again for our furniture needs!

Unwilling to help a potential customer fix a broken couch.
I fixed it myself after some trial, error and effort.
Would have been so much easier to just pay a professional.
Disappointing.

We have dealt with Hartmann's previously, especially their manager Nick, who was extremely helpful, so when we decided to ask to recover our 'OLD' Sofa, (32 years old) the response was no problem.It is now completed and delivered - the workmanship is outstanding - we are very pleased with the end result!It is elegant - our friends and family cannot believe how Hartmann's have given us back a Sofa Superior to the one that left our house originally. Thank you so much, (saving up for to convert the love seat and 2 chairs) - Nick and all your workers - JOB WELL DONE!
