These guys are amazing!! I brought my Grand Cherokee in with a broken valve spring. This was on a Tuesday before the upcoming long weekend. Our family had a vacation pre booked for that weekend for months. I called 10 other shops and noone would take it before weekend. I called Hit Fair and once I told Keith my story he agreed to squeeze us in (even though he didn't really have time). Dropped it off at 2pm on Tuesday thinking I'd be happy if I could get it back on Wednesday. To my surprise they had it done by the end of the day!!. Keith only charged me 2 hours on an emergency job with zero notice. Top notch shop in my books!

Hit Fair made my day! I came in with no appointment, a subframe, and a couple bushings. Thinking outside the box he used a ball joint press to press the bushings in a matter of minutes and I was out the door! A real life saver as everyone else had been turning me away as they didn't have the time.

I had my 2007 f350 diesel in for repair and Kieth quickly diagnosed the issue and guickly had issue resolved in a timely fashion,hit fare also has alignment machine as most shops don’t and take thier alignments to tire shop.

This was my first time here, and I would highly recommend Larry to anybody who has any kind of car trouble. I had my VW Beetle's car battery installed here and Larry only charged me $40 when other places like Kal Tire and Canadian Tire wanted $80-100. Larry had the job done within an hour, even though I knew my VW Beetle was not easy to work with. Larry is such a friendly, knowledgeable guy whom gets to know his customers. This is a genuine, honest, fair and reasonably priced business, that treats customers, especially women, with respect. No added or unnecessary costs or charges. My 14 yr old Caliber runs better than brand new. Huge Kudos to Larry, Trish and the team. Have been going to hit fair auto since I first moved to nanaimo and I will never go anywhere else! Repairs seem to be significantly cheaper than any other repair shop I’ve gotten quotes from, and on top of that the service is always beyond excellent! Mechanics are honest about what has to be done right away and what can wait til later. Have never once felt like I am being sold on unnecessary services or felt like I’m being taken advantage of due to lack of automotive knowledge!
