“I am impressed with Tao and Tim every time we go to Drop Zone. They are so caring and encouraging with their youth players. They truly strive for my son's experience with Warhammer to be a good one. Bonus points for the family feel with their customers: more than once has one of the players (not staff!) looked through a new shipment for an order or grabbed the POS machine to check a price for us. The order process is simple as well. Just order on their Google Doc found on the website and they will bring it in ASAP. I can't speak highly enough of the DropZone staff!”
