A big “Thank you” to JRE Hardware and Rob in particular for the help and assistance I received with my folding, sliding glass project. This enable me to glass in our undercover area and will extend our use through the Fall and into the Spring while also being able to open up the area during the hot summer days. The project was a steep learning curve for me but Rob was always there to help with advice and suggestions and check over my measurements. The system is fantastic, no frame work around the glass so there is a totally clear, uninterrupted view of our garden. Extremely dissatisfied with customer service. We spent thousands of dollars with JRE and when they screwed up they pretended like we didn't exist. One interior handrail fell out of the wall as it was mounted with picture hangers. After weeks and weeks of waiting for Rob to come and look at it he admitted some liability but blamed it primarily on the framer. (Huh?). He left and we never heard from him again. Our contractor came to the party and fixed the problem. Thanks Jeff. This was the second major JRE problem we had during our project. Never again.

I love this company! They helped us get our railing project done on time and with super quality products - we didnt want the run of the mill aluminum stuff so we went with their stainless steel hardware. It was worth the upgrade!
