“I wanted to exchange a pair of earrings that I changed my mind on and the lady helping was incredibly kind and eager to help me. It was really nice to experience that good of customer service. She asked if I needed any jewelry cleaner, I didn't need any but I bought it solely because of the customer service I was receiving. I wish I remembered her name. She had two lip piercings. I really enjoyed my shopping experience there. Next time I'm looking for jewelry, I'll definitely look here first.”

“Impressed by their service. I had heard the store had been robbed but I needed to do my bi-annual exam of my wedding rings. I called to see if they were still open and was told that although the store was closed there would be someone there to do the inspection. The sales rep was very attentive and apologized for not being able to come into the store, for there was still glass on the floor from the smashed cases. My rings had to be sent off to be fixed and the sales rep emailed me later to thank me and let me know that if I had any questions I could call her.”
