Asks what name is, soI give first name then bob asks what my first name is and I repeated he did not like and he hang up
I call back and a female answer , snarky as well
Called manager of store to put a complaint on the pharmacy staff
I don’t take bad attitude, to much of it out there these days
Represent your company and be better at customer relations

We have dealt with Superstore for years for ourselves..We took on caring for our 99 year old Aunt 4 years ago and moved her into our home ..so to make it easier we transferred all her blister pack medication to Superstore .....What a mistake that was ......We kept trying to give them the opportunity to correct all the mistakes and get her meds to her on time...In the last year they can't seem to get anything right ...I have asked them to deliver the meds a week early so she wouldn't run out due to all their mistakes...she is now in a facility I get a call almost monthly from VIHA that her meds haven't shown up or they forgot something .I phoned the other night and had to talk to Todd ...He told me that she is not automatic delivery which made me almost fall off my chair ...She has been on automatic delivery for the four years she has been in my care ...He proceeded to argue with me and said well it's no big deal we will add her now...He said we will send them tomorrow..I told him that was not acceptable as they were already a day late and she needs them ...He got off the phone and came back and said well it's your lucky day someone will drop them off tonight....In his condescending way...was not my lucky day after VIHA and my 99 year old Aunt calling panicking once again...Talked to Kevin and he wasn't interested in trying to make some sense out of all these continuous mistakes month after month ...needless to say we went straight to Central Drugs and transferred all of us out of Superstore immediately!!

This is the worst pharmacy ever, they rarely get a prescription right, some of the staff are rude and defensive.
You will waste hours of your life waiting here for a prescription that should have been filled.
I didn’t even want to give them one star.

I always feel like I am a burden with how the techs react to me. Understanding it’s a hard job as I have been in that field. It’s no reason not to be friendly and assure your feeling valued as a customer.

Great staff and they do what they can, but they are so busy it seems they are biting off more then they can chew so to say. I’ve been dealing with pharmacy’s weekly for the better part of 15 years and always dealt with shoppers drug mart, but shoppers has zero confidentiality to the point there were people and acquaintances that knew my medical business unnecessarily but my prescription was always ready and waiting. Nevertheless I switched to superstore ( Loblaws pharmacy) because of the respect of secrecy. That being said my prescription is never ready on the day I pick it up which is weekly, so I have to call ahead and they usually need a couple hours before I can pick it up. I have never had to do that with the four other pharmacy’s I’ve dealt with in Nanaimo. Like I said the staff is great and my hats off the their team for working so hard, but management really needs to address their workload because they can only go so fast and work so many hours with the volume of medication they pump out of that place.My kind regards to Kevin and his teamJustin Normand

They don't call to tell you that your prescription is ready, so it's a guessing game. They told me my prescription was ready but when I showed up it was on back order. Talked to the manager about it and he wouldn't even listen, just held his hand up to stop me from speaking and then walked away.

Was told about 40 mins for my prescription.Came back an hour later to find out that my order wasn't even in the system yet; it hadn't even been STARTED.the person ahead of me had to wait for 10 minutes because their prescription had been misplaced.

Nikki was awesome! I was just trying to renew a simple prescription and the other pharmacies and clinics were uncaring and offered no alternatives without a doctor. Nikki gave me some good advice and renewed my prescription for 30 days to help me. Far more than anyone else did. Thanks for help during these terrible times!
