I just wanted to say that I was in there today for quite a while. There wasn’t enough employees to help me and a lady in front of me. I am disabled on a cane that was pretty tough waiting. Definitely not the employee‘s fault! Finally saw somebody at a different desk and went there. His name was Graeham (… Hope I got his name, spelled right!)
He was super helpful right from the beginning. I had heard a bit of a kerfuffle when I was browsing, and I believe it was him having difficulty with another customer.
However when I got to him, he was clearly a little shaken because it would have just happened. I was completely impressed by his professionalism, kindness and helpfulness… He even went and got me a chair, cause I’ve been standing for so long and my legs were shaking. I got what I needed done, which was to restart my phone because it wasn’t working.
I just want his boss and everyone to know that he was a wonderful , kind human being to deal with… especially considering his previous customer. I hope they have more more employees to help in that department.
** personal opinion here… Graham needs to be paid more!!??!**
Thank you, Rutherford Mall for hiring him!! He really did make my really tough hard day so much better!!

Had passport pictures taken and told to come back in 10 to 15 minutes. Came back in half an hour to give them time to process and they still weren’t done. Told to come back 10 minutes later and he still didn’t have them. He asked another person to take over who told him the pictures were in the printing tray. The second person took over and was back in five minutes with the pictures. However the first person then asked if the second photo did not need to be stamped.Between the two of them they decided it was alright for one picture only to be stamped. It was a long wait and left me feeling that I should probably go somewhere else and have them redone. Waste of time and waste of money!

Their deliveries are the best I’ve experienced. Things are wrapped very well and no spillage. One line ordering easy to use. All in all a great experience each time I’ve ordered over the last few years.

I politely asked for change at customer service and the person scoffed and was rude. Totally understandable if they can't provide change, but no reason for such a bad attitude, that was weird.

Ridiculous film prices, inconsistent scanning colours and quality, and negatives that come back riddled with scratches. I’ve also been in to see if they develop 120 film and was told yes. After leaving my 3 rolls with them for a month and not hearing anything from them I decided to call in and see what’s up. Apparently the worker who told me they could develop this film got it wrong but nobody considered contacting me. Also any time I call this location with a product question I get put on hold for 15 minutes and half the time get hung up on somehow. I would love to support local-ish companies but with the prices and quality of this place I’m forced to look elsewhere. London Drugs has also contacted me about using my photos in advertisements. When requesting compensation I was told that it wasn’t possible and that my name and website wouldn’t be included on the ad, but the page you get to after clicking on it. A Canadian company that revolves around local artists it’s a shame they aren’t willing to support them in a meaningful way. I’m not usually the person to leave 1 star reviews but every experience I have with this store and franchise is almost always bad.
