terrible customer service. The store is always empty yet you can never find someone and when you do they are not at all helpful as if it was their first day, or theyre too busy chatting away with other staff members.

We recently had to replace our washer, dryer and dishwasher over a short period of time. The staff in the appliances section at Rona were massively helpful and provided a very contrasting experience compared to other stores. There was no pressure sell. They provided just the right amount of information and support. When it came to purchasing our products the delivery, installation and customer service was fantastic. They did exactly what they said they were going to do exactly when they said they were going to do it. They also have a good selection of appliances actually in stock so you don't have to wait a crazy amount of time for delivery.

WILL NOT PRICE MACH! I went to canadian tire and bought the last paint for $80. But I need a nether one see Rona+ sells the same brand for $20 MORE I called and asked if they price mach they said yes. When I got there they WOULD NOT because there competitor's had nun in stoke so I had to PAY FULL PRICE because Rona was the only choice I had!

False advertising!
55 + save 10% on first tuesday of month...what they don't tell you until you get to check out is that there are a ton of exceptions!
Once again, I feel like I've been taken for a fool at this Store!

Poorly managed store. Customer service people have no idea what they are doing at a home improvement store. They don’t know nothing about anything. Waiting time for custom services are months long and no one is ever at their desks. Can’t see why anyone would come shop here over say Home Depot.

I showed up about 10 minutes remaining for the shutdown on a Thursday night, I was in need of a specific part a plumber had sent me to find and I wave down one of the associates named Sepeher (not exactly sure on the spelling). He reviewed what I needed, open up a package to make sure it was the right stuff found it was not exactly right and then lead me to the right piece, in time, all with the calming manner. Kudos to him and Rona saved the day at 8:55 p.m.

The staffs are very helpful & friendly! I only go to different places if they don’t have what I need, otherwise It’s always my 1st choice!

I have been to this Rona on multiple accounts and I would give the customer service rating in the negatives, some staff are sitting on their phones watching videos and don't care to help customers.
I felt like a chicken with my head cut off trying to find a single item. I asked 5 different Rona employees for help, they merely looked up the item. Shuvro at customer service was zero help, he just pointed and told me to go check some random aisles that I knew would not be carrying it.
Eventually I found Santiago he was great help, and walked around the whole store with me trying to find my item.

Price matched a bosch rotary hammer with another store and even matched the rebate I would have recieved if I purchased at the other store. So awesome customer service, ended up getting 300 back from the price match!!

Attn Management: During my recent visit to Rona, I had an unsettling experience. While walking down one of the main halls that connect to all the aisles, a staff member abruptly jumped in front of me with her arms spread, emphatically stating that I could not go down a specific aisle. This occurred despite the fact that I had no intention of going in that direction.
This aggressive approach left a negative impression on me. I believe a more customer-friendly approach would be for staff to assist customers and offer help rather than policing the aisles in such an intense manner. This experience detracted from what should have been a straightforward visit.
