We had Olivia from Mr. Sparkle come and demoss our shop and house, she worked from 8:30 am to almost 6:00 pm and then came back and finished the job. I have never seen such a hard worker and she did an amazing job on our roofs. Thankyou Olivia for your hard work. Would highly recommend.

**Disclaimer** This review is specifically in reference to the customer service received and not to the any services provided as none were quoted, agreed to, executed nor paid for by me. This business was contacted to inquire about process for roof cleaning and was told by Jonathan abrubtly that they do not provide information on products used. I was not asking for trade secrets nor was this the question asked. I simply wanted to know about their process as I did not want to use a service that power washed roofs. I asked if it was possible to have a quote in timely manner for personal reasons and initially told of wait times and that they "don't need the business". The owner did offer to give an approximate quote if I could forward some pictures and I was more than happy with this solution. They indicated it would take 5 minutes to review the pics. I waited a day and texted. Waited another day and called and messaged. One more day and another message. It has been several weeks and I have never had a reply. Again I cannot speak quality of work performed, in fact I know they have good reviews and came recommended. I can however speak to attitude, customer service and lack of respect for me as a possible customer. Thankfully they don't need the business... Keep up the great work for others!

Interesting that you respond to a review but not to my voice messages and texts.
I am sorry to hear of your loss but there is really nothing for you to be mean about. I have never received any quote from you, and certainly not by email as I did not give it to you. Our arrangement was that you would provide a reply by text.
Nevertheless, I will give your request some consideration.

This company is fantastic! From the start point of booking the appointment to the finished product! We live in Cedar and our roof tends to build up with moss. We have had folks here before who just couldn’t get our roof clean. Mr Sparkle showed up and literally made it sparkle. It looks like a brand new roof! I would recommend this company over and over. Super friendly and patient with all of my questions. They were so great in fact my neighbour had it done as well. If you need your roof cleaned don’t waste another minute and call these guys!
