The store itself is fine, I like the authenticity of some of the workers, and the music is pretty good. My biggest gripe is that for a brand claiming to be size inclusive, the only plus size garments (above 2x) are online returns found in the clearance pile. Sure it's sometimes a good deal, but the selection is terrible and its very frustrating to almost always be disappointed when I take the time to visit. The only other issue is that all the clothing is lightly scented with something grandma-ish, it takes a few heavy duty washes to get it out. Other places, like Walmart, that is totally unnecessary and at $5/load of laundry it adds to the cost.

I was in at Old Navy yesterday and just have to give a shoutout to Elizabeth !! Elizabeth was just off the clock and was still more than happy to offer help and info when I was deciding on a product. Very friendly and provided great information! She really went out of her way to be helpful!! She deserves the props!! Plus I got home with the dress she recommended and I loved it !! Thanks so much Elizabeth ! :)

I used to love shopping there because they went up to a 4XL, but on a recent trip there I noticed there was no clothing over a size 2X and was told they only carry the bigger sizes online now. It was especially disappointing because old navy has really been advertising size inclusivity….

I used to really like old Navy, however I've noticed that they only have stuff for the majority of people. So if the fad is to wear short shirts, that's all they've got. They don't have longer tops that work for plus size people. I personally do not want my belly showing when I'm going out. I like a longer t-shirt that's comfortable and still awesome looking.So I have had to shop elsewhere for what I'm looking for. I've talked to a lot of other women who have done the same It would be great if you could bring in some for everybody I'm sure people would come back.For the kids section, there's some good stuff but a lot of items are just too pricey. $22 for a shirt? Or do I go to Walmart and buy a $5 shirt. That looks just as cute
