I've visited a lot of supplement stores over the years and this is one of the best I've been to. They have a wide selection of products at reasonable prices, and the staff were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. 10/10 do recommend.

Came in as a new costumer, was greeted in a very welcoming way. I asked what the most affordable creatine was and it was obvious that the guy at the counter (sorry, forgot your name) had done his math.Even though I had only spent a small amount, he still gave me some goodies. That kind of service just makes me want to come back.Highly recommended!

Just wanted tell ya that I had great experience meeting Nick one day, which helped me become a regular customer, getting my greens, a liver supplement/5 mushroom. Nick was very knowledgeable and generous to my brother with a shaker gift. Support a great local business which help supports Nanaimo with generous donations. Great job Optimize Nutrition.

Rude customer service. When i asked about a particular brand that i did not see, Instead of offering recommendations the worker only said no i would never bring that garbage in. Not a way to talk to a potential customer. Will never be back.

Incredibly personable and knowledgeable staff. Always greet you with a smile and a one liner at the door and give you the information on what is right for you for your unique nutrition/training path without giving you the sales pitch vibe.
