Do NOT shop here if you are a meat eater and it's 7:44pm. Embarrassing. Never again. An entire inventory of meats and fish locked behind an unattended deli. Instead of it being sold, it sits and ages for tomorrow's customer.
Update: Spoke with an employee who says that the store is "too cheap to hire minimum wage workers" when the store isn't busy. If they are cutting corners like this, I can only imagine how unclean and unsanitary their deli/kitchen is, or the quality of employee they hire.
Just ONE typical steak I buy would pay for two hours of a minimum wage employee. And I was there with a cooler full of ice wanting to purchase a LOT of meats.
Why advertise your meats in flyers alongside hours of operation, but not follow it????
No need to reply with a dishonest apology. The clerk confirmed that the store sends people home when it isn't busy.
Update #2: Country Grocer by Buckerfields had a complete selection of meats available for purchase and I walked away spending $383 just on meats alone, a little less than I normally spend each month. That's a LOT of revenue from a single person that Quality Foods will never see again.

I ordered a meat and cheese tray to be picked at a certain time and showed up early. Tray was not ready and I had to get to work. Dede was the person whom helped me. She could see I was worried on how I'm going to get back for the tray as I would have to leave work and Xmas is such a busy time for retail. This lovely lady offered to bring to my place of work, I couldn't believe it! She was a breath of fresh air, her customer service was amazing and she was sincere! Quality Food Harewood you are very fortunate to have such dedicated employees! I will be a loyal customer here on in as well! Thank you Dede ❤️

If you can't accommodate my request then thats fine, don't accept the order. If you do not do made to order, like other QF kitchens will do, then thats fine, don't accept the order.
You did the exact opposite of what I asked for then wrote a note saying sorry.

Want a cozy intimate place to eat especially on a Friday with beer on tap please go up top to the “upstairs” lounge. Food and beverages must be ordered at counter. Great food❗️yummy food 2nd time‼️

Went in there today and asked to speak with a manager as my Chinese food has a good sized chunk of plastic in it. Just to let them know. First thing he said to me was he had 100 things to do! I apologized for taking him away from his busy schedule multiple times. Also wanted to say their daily deals are not at all what they used to be. I would go out of my way to go there and when there buy extra items. But anymore.
