Quality Inn is a new, modern, and nice hotel with a great price and perfect location near downtown, convenient to the ferry. The rooms are clean, spotless, bright, welcoming, and spacious with comfortable beds and pillows. The staff is generally amazing, friendly, super helpful, and easy to deal with, though one staff member was noted as rude. Some amenities are missing, like drinking glasses, and creature comforts are few, with thin toilet paper. The shower is tall with hot water, but the base can be dirty and the head is out of reach without a ledge. The main issue is parking: the underground garage is very limited, with too few spaces, a steep entrance, and a card reader too close to the wall, so street parking is likely. This is a concern due to the area's homeless problem. An on-site restaurant closes early. Despite some drawbacks, many guests would gladly stay again.
