Wow! Customer service here is on point! The two Kelsey's helped me find a perfect fitting shoe. I definitely would never have even looked at this brand unless they had suggested it (Ecco shoes). Thank you so much I will be back!

The store clerk was kind, helpful, and able to deliver EXACTLY what I was looking for. His customer service skills were wonderful (and I had walked in 20-30 mins before closing - usually store clerks are rude and push you out of the store - but! he remained kind and helpful). I had visited several online shops, and several other shops at Woodgrove Shopping Centre. Quarks clerk was the best, and he helped me find comfortable, well fitting , and weather permeable boots. I have a hard time finding boots that fit properly, and with a bit of details he was able to find me boots that fit. I don’t remember his name, but my shopping experience was on Saturday, Dec. 3 @ 7:58pm. Hycka (thank you) from Snaw-Naw-As (Nanoose) woman in her happy boots.

Exceptional customer service. By far the best of the three shoe stores I visited in Woodgrove mall. Staff were patient, knowledgeable about their products, and made the experience of buying new Birkenstocks special and enjoyable. They have lots of high quality shoe brands, not just Birkenstocks.

Some of their items were on sale due to Black Friday Sale :)However, Blundstone boots as always will never be on sale...They have lots of assortment though of Blundstone shoes...They have specifications for men, women, and kids...They also have the different styles compared to Soft Moc...I haven't had the chance to check out other brands...Customer service was fine but not exceptional...The man who first assisted me was okay, gave me some advice about the sizing but went to another customer. Understandable as I am still choosing... He asked me what I needed but I was so distracted with what to chose...I just realized, I forgot to answer him back...Another person assisted me, a lady this time...She talked to me at first like I don't understand English hahaha...Of course that was fine...I'm Asian ????But when we started exchanging conversation...Her tone changed... ????(Oh! I get it, this lady can speak English ????)Overall, this store has the best selection of Blundstone Boots in Woodgroove...
