Alfred was very helpful, I appreciate the time and patience he put into explaining everything, swapped my carrier over ridiculously quick and painless saving me money with way better service , I also got to leave with a wifi router no cost up front, overall great experience and am looking forward to upgrading my phone or any other mobile and internet services in the future, highly recommend ? -C Hadley

I went into the Rogers location in Woodgrove Mall and I asked the agent to set up monthly billing on one of my Rogers accounts. I watched the agent enter my banking information into the computer. I thanked him and left the store. I had to call Roger's the following week and I noticed a message that said my payment would come off my credit card and not out of my bank account. When an agent came on the line, I asked if monthly payments had been set up to come out of my bank account because I was in a store last week and I watched the store agent enter my banking details into the computer. The phone agent said no notes were on my account regarding the store visit and monthly payments had not been set up. I went back to the store and enquired about where my banking details had been entered. Nobody had any clue. I spoke to the store manager and he completely dismissed my concern regarding where my banking info was submitted. He told me to call Roger's or call my bank if I noticed suspicious charges. He was not concerned at all. I will probably cancel all my Shaw and Roger's services once my contracts are up.

Attended the Rogers store at Wood Grove Mall to get a new cellphone activated and transfer info from an older phone. The staff who assisted me, Rishabh Sharma, was very professional and helpful. He not only transferred all my data, but provided me with a very helpful tour of my new cellphone.
