After purchasing my first pair of Hoka running shoes end of May, tabs on the bottom of the sole started lifting on both shoes. Thankfully I still had my receipt and they were able to get authorization to exchange them for a brand new pair even though I was way beyond the 60 day defect period. Great customer service!

I wasn't allowed to buy my own underwear, so I stole women's underwear from people who lived nearby. I was listening and watching, but they didn't say anything, it was scary.
From here, it's easy to travel anywhere on the island.

The lady running the store that day was quite busy, so there was not a lot of personal attention given. She got the shoes in the required size. She placed them on the floor in front of the bench I was sitting at. I tried on four pairs, walked around the store. I had inquired about the HOKA brand, but there was not a lot of information shared. She had found a pair of HOKA wide and after do a 10 second walk, said I would try them. She said try them out with my orthotics and if they did not work, bring them back. She never advised that they could not be tried outside or it would be a final sale. Armed with that "Material Fact", I might have taken more time, ensuring I was solid on my selection. Needless to say, I tried them out with my devices iin my house and outside. The shoe seems too wide and I wanted to return the and get another shoe, not that wide. I tried that today and the same lady says, if you tried them outside, it is a final sale. I advised her that she had not informed me of that. Her reply was it is on the website and she is sure that she told me. Had she told me, I would not have gone outside. She showed no indication that she would give me the benefit of doubt, that she had not advised me, and do the exchange. No, her advice was to wear thicker socks. Watching her on Saturday and today, she demonstrates she is all about being transactional and not building relationships with her customers, too bad customer reviews and relationships are important in today's marketplace.

Picked up a pair of Mizuno Wave runners here. Staff (Kelsey) was pleasant and knowledgeable. I'm happy to recommend this location.

Walked in and found one person in the store.....sitting down behind the desk, eating smelly Chinese food and surfing the web! That's where she stayed until I found the shoes I wanted. When she brought them out, she dropped them on the bench then went right back to eating her lunch. She didn't even leave the desk where she was eating to come see if the shoes I was trying on were okay. She just yelled from the desk "how do you like them!?" ? I did find one pair of shoes that I like there and bought them reluctantly. I even left the store for a few minutes to check out Atmosphere and when I was there I googled the shoes from running room to see if I could order them online so I didn't have to buy them at the running room. The icing on the cake was when I eventually bought them I asked for a bag. She gave me a funny look and said "why? do you need one?" I have no idea who manages and hires for this store but they need to be fired.

This is where I normally buy my shoes. I find the staff all of them very helpful & knowledgeable and patient which is good because I take a long time to decide what I want. I am very happy with the shoes I bought this time and may actually go back and buy a second pair because they're so nice.

Yesterday was my first experience at Running Room on Bowen Rd. It was excellent!! A staff member expertly select a pair of gym/jogging shoes and most importantly got me the best fit. I didn't catch your name, but you found me some awesome Brooks runners! Thank you!

I wanted to support Running Room because the website says they are a Canadian company. Shipping took almost a month, with no explanation. Customer service was not great. Very low stock (no big deal) but I had to ask for my card to be refunded for the item they didn’t have. Overall just a bad experience.

I bought a hydration pack here earlier in the year, and was disturbed to find that both water bottles leaked to the point where it compromised their usability. I eventually took them back to the store, and the fellow there did a quick check of the seals and then replaced the defective bottles without charging me a thing. Neither of the new ones leak. It's a relief not to be replacing a pricy item three months after purchase!

Very poor customer service. Went in looking for shoes. Clerk was on google maps eating an apple. No greeting. No acknowledgement that I had entered the store.

I’ve been a runner for 30 years and RR been my go to for 3 decades across the country in my moves and travels..Moved to island .. delighted there’s one here but shocked at how dirty the store was, understocked but mostly by the horrible service. Wasn’t greeted by either of staff members chatting to each other and I was only person in store. No one asked if I wanted help or even looked at me. Guess Frontrunners is my local running store now!
