I was helped by the manger and other team members with my boots. Shot out to the store as they actually have my size cuz being a women size 10 I usually just shop online! lol! love this location and thanks to all the staff who helped me!

Obviously. One rain fall and 140. Shoes are wrecked. Soft mic don't care and won't refund or exchange. What's the point of buying outside shies if you can't wear them outside

Very rude. I asked the 2 young ladies if these shoes looked attractive on me. She said she was very uncomfortable with that conversation then they both walked away and ignored me.

This started as an “online” shop and end with me going out of town to there store in the mall. Absolutely wonderful customer service. Online purchase return with zero issues. Very helpful staff helped me select the right new pair. I am smiling ear to ear. Thank you…will return to this store. Highly recommended.

I was helped immediately by a salesman when I entered the store. He found my size and when I tried on the first Ladies Asher Platform Slip On Sneaker, it was as if it was made for my foot. I tried on the other one and it, too, fit my foot and was so comfortable. I wanted to try on a pair in a different colour and when I did, they felt like I was stepping into a pair of comfortable slippers or sneakers I had worn for a long time. I purchased them right away and was in and out of the store in 10 minutes. The female cashier was lovely at check-out. Thank you, SoftMoc, for making this experience of sneaker shopping so enjoyable for me.

Took 10 minutes to have someone come out from the back, the front of the store was completely empty. I could hear employees in the back laughing EXTREMELY loudly, as well as the smell of vape juice emanating from the back. if that wasn’t damming enough, the employees were again EXTREMELY loud in the back, spending their time at work talking about their vapes! Very unprofessional. I came to buy a pair of Birks so I hope they know they lost a $200+ customer.Will not be returning, at no point whatsoever have I experienced such lack of customer service. If I had to guess everyone that works there has to be under 18 due to their lack of maturity and ability to take their job seriously.

The staff member that helped my son and I went above and beyond for us. My son wears a size 13 mens, and it is a struggle to find shoes that fit him comfortably, his feet are wide too. The young man that helped us was knowledgeable, friendly, and made sure that my son was happy with our purchase.
