Was on a trip back to Nanaimo from the interior when my front brakes packed it in. The crew in services squeezed my truck in and got it fixes, even though they had a full schedule.

I cannot recommend this dealership at all. The handling of what should've been a warranty issue was unacceptable. Your glass shop broke my window. Did I pay for that mistake at cost, or was the window that you were fortunate enough to sell me marked up?
The lack of customer service is also inexcusable. To have winter tires just laid out for the customer to load up by themselves, while employees were aware, doesn't make sense to me. A shop employee walked right by me as I was loading them.
I've got one more service left included with my maintenance package. Unfortunately based on this past experience, it will be very difficult for me to justify returning after that, going forward.
October 2024 Update:
I returned to Steve Marshall for my last Premium Care warranty service. In addition to my regular maintenance, I had a few warranty related issues that needed to be looked at (tire repair, key fob replacement, rear brakes). The people at Steve Marshall did right by me this time, especially Justin in the service department. Thank you for a much better experience this time. I have increased my rating as a result.

We got excellent service here. They picked up and dropped off our truck. They answered all our questions. The truck is running well. They even washed and vacuumed it!

As travelers up to the Island from Arizona in mid-summer, our Ford Transit began to overheat. Marshall Ford Service was able to quickly get our van in the same day diagnose the problem (dead radiator fan). They next-day shipped the fan from Vancouver and got us back to our travels in short order. Oh, and they also gave us a goodie bag of treats and toys for our dog Kaylee!!

Amazing experience purchasing a new vehicle from Steve marshall Ford Lincoln. Our salesperson Nico Turcotte was amazing. I've bought many new vehicles over the years and Nico is by far the most open and transparent salesperson I've yet to deal with. If you're looking for a new car or truck, I would strongly recommend you ask for Nico.
