my partner and i got two new iphones with good plans and internet after being helped by 2 of the nice gentlemen that worked there. they were very patient with us and very extensive in knowledge. they even went as far as to place online orders for us and go to another sister store to get the phones and cases we wanted. very excellent and helpful service all around 10/10 would recommend:)

Renewed my faith in humanity. I found myself in a tough spot, and I’m sure glad I came to to see Darcy and Shainne at T-Booth in Woodgrove. They helped me out with a not so common situation. They solved my service issue, and I felt way better after leaving. The best service I have received anywhere in a long while.I can’t recommend them highly enough.

Came in with a pretty extensive inquiry and Darcy was awesome!!! He was super patient and also very good at explaining the details I needed without "mansplaining". I left the store feeling very relaxed and prepared for my future:) thank you Darcy! 10/10.

Cameron is amazing he goes above and beyond with his customer service. Today was my daughters 16th birthday and he came In on his day off to help us with a phone for her as well as threw in a little birthday gift for her! I got a phone for myself last year, he was patient and walked me through my new phone and answered all the questions I had. This guy goes above and beyond for his customer thanks so much Cam!

Being an international student I wasn't too aware and confident about where to buy my new phone. Then I met Asad, a guy with a friendly and welcoming nature. Even though I made it clear that I won't be investing immediately, he still patiently explained to me every element and specification of the Next S23 Ultra.Extremely happy and satisfied with the service Asad. I have never been to a mobile/cellphone shop like the Nanaimo Tbooth wireless ever before, their customer service there is above and beyond. Brandon was the one who assisted us, he is awesome. He’ll lay all your options and squeezed and play the computer to check how can you get multiple discounts and great deal. Alexis was there to help Brandon making sure the customer is surely getting better deal than the previous plan. Very friendly, approachable , very sincere. Yas! I’ was over the moon And became a fan of these guys. We came back to get another phone for my husband.
