Awful service ordered a leg in April still
Waiting
Lady today said it’s coming in November yeah they say that from April on of
Then she said we don’t sell them anymore I walk out the store and I see them
I said give me areal for 8 months waiting
Nope but James is the best guy there super nice and tried Everything but unfortunately I can throw the chair away now
Never going back they lost a big client my 3kids are buying a house and need furniture and that all for maybe $100 unbelievable

Shopping for furniture we met Sales Consultant Hong Chen at the Brick in Nanaimo He was so helpful, not pushy and showed us where different items were located then backed off and allowed us to look without interruption. His attitude was happy, helpful, and he is a very nice young man. We will only deal with Hong Chen in the future when shopping at the Brick in Nanaimo

I was originally going to furnish my full apartment through this Brick store but there were hidden fees and up-charges on checkout which left a bad taste in my mouth so I decided to order a single mattress to gauge their ability to fulfill orders before spending several thousand dollars.
I'm really glad I went that route because based on my experience thus far I would never order from the Brick again. My order has been delayed for over a week due to an issue on their end so my options now are to spent hundreds to rent a truck and pick this mattress up myself or wait and hope that they actually deliver as promised next week.
Customer service hasn't been able to provide any solid answers or remedies and has generally been unhelpful and frustrating to deal with thus far.
Unless you're getting a crazy deal I'd recommend shopping elsewhere and definitely don't shop here if you need your goods urgently.

We went to The Brick in Nanaimo on Hammond Bay Road to purchase stackable washer and dryer for our new rental. We were greeted very kindly by Kulveer Singh. He was very thorough and hospitable. He made our experience pleasant and smooth. I highly recommend him as a sales associate.
We were very pleased with our purchase and the price. Warranty sounds outstanding! Also saw some very nice beds for another time!
