Friendliest and most helpful couple who run this outlet. We had rented a truck and auto trailer from Victoria, but ran into some logistical problems related to the ferries. This dealer had what we needed and these folks were super to deal with. They went above and beyond for us when we had run into some schedule problems on our return trip.

I been using UHaul for the last 3 years since I have to move back & forth for school… and hands down this is the CLEANEST and most EFFICIENT UHaul I have been to… I was in and out of there in less than 10 minutes!! Their auto transport was also the cleanest I’ve ever rented at a UHaul…!

The paperwork was done incorrectly which would have been really bad if we were pulled over or if there was an accident. I was charged more than I was supposed to.

We have used this location twice now, once to move to Nanaimo from Alberta and once to rent a trailer to move within BC, and both times the staff were very friendly and patient (even at the end of month when it is very busy). Help was available when we needed to unhitch the trailer(s) and the staff 'run' to help you. We will definitely use this location again and will be recommending it to others. Thank you for being there when needed.

We booked a free month at this location and get here and they tell us, sorry it's not free anymore because we're an affiliate, drove a 1 way trip from Edmonton so we could get this one month free, I knew that wouldn't be the case when we showed up worst experience we have ever dealt with, terrible service! Thanks alot for ruining that for our fanily when we just lost our sister and thats her stuff we need to store.

Great customer service. There was a man and woman at the front desk the man had an Australian or South African accent (my apologies if it is an accent from another common wealth country).Anyway they were both fast and efficient and went above and beyond to adapt to my order change last minute and satisfy what I needed.
