I always had a great experience from the stote.i don't usually return anything .this time some of the clothes doesn't go well together and I decided to return the couples of item within 14day policy,manager denied the refund and told me it's been worn I told her I tried only and I usually wear the make up that is why it has makeup marks on skirt. I told her that I clean those mark for you but she said I can say no for all of this.i had a receipt and everything still she show me this attitude.
Terrible experience will never go back again for any purchase.Rude manager!!!

Absolutely disappointing service and misleading promo!!I’ve bought for my family 4 plush onesies pajamas with discount for 20$ each and 1 pajamas for 40$ under another promo - “Buy 1 get 1 free” and was expecting to receive an additional pajamas - so their price is around 20$ each as for others. But I received just 1, without that promo. When I wrote to the support about this issue, Kristina told me that I purchased just 1 item, and discount doesn’t apply automatically, I had to guess to add additional one pajamas to get that promo! How should I know that?? There is no word on the app!! Just big letters: “Buy 1 - Get 1 Free”, and I did buy it and got nothing!!Then she just stopped to answer me at all!! Terrible service, it was my first order and for sure - the last one! Order #01-2934810

Shopped for my 12 year daughter. Great deals! Some really cute shorts and tops. I was scared to get anything for myself because you can't try anything on. Everything looks extremely small. Great for my almost teen.

Staff are super rude, the assistant manager wouldn't address questions on the return policy and said 'im not doing this, go to the other urban planet." Store is also always a mess and no one is ever helpful.
