“I’m giving the Popeye’s Supplement Store (this location) five stars! While Popeye’s is a chain, each store is independently owned and stocked. My Black Friday order didn’t go through because the main website didn’t reflect what this specific store had in stock. Yes, that was frustrating, but Cameron, the manager, handled it with the utmost respect, honesty, and patience. He clearly explained that they’re working on improving how individual store inventories are reflected online, and despite the hiccup, he honored the deal and sourced the product for me. It’s rare to find such direct, open communication and genuine customer service these days. Because of that experience, I’ll absolutely continue to support this local location and highly recommend them!”
