Always a great experience every time I deal with wow mobile boutique, however today I was blown out of the water. Micheal provided exceptional care, from product knowledge to customer satisfaction and everything in between. Not only did he help me make up my mind with which phone and accessories I wanted and get me the best deal he could, but he also stayed way late after his shift to make sure my phone was transferred and all
set up for me to use, including the screen protector! He even had technical difficulties with his POS system and could have very easily asked me to come back another day (like other mobile stores did) or passed me on to a co-worker to finish the sale, but he figured it out and helped me to the end.
Good customer service is hard to come by so it was very refreshing to have some one go the extra mile and sacrifice their own time to help me. I would recommend any one go see Michael any day for his friendly exceptional service!

Just scammy behaviour guy at kiosk wouldn't speak clearly and then he told me he would get me a bunch of deals to convince me to get a phone then he couldn't deliver on the deals and I told him to change the plan to a better deal he said it was not possible. It was a huge waste of time cause they took forever to figure things out, I got the plan changed in mere minutes after calling telus afterwards. They seemed like they were really interested in upselling and being intentionally confusing and misleading to get more money.

Michael was a superstar, went to bat for me with my provider although the provider didn’t help At All!
Michael helped me switch to my previous provider and got me a better deal in the process.

I recently visited the Wow! Mobile booth, and I was very happy with its representative, Michael - he was helpful and friendly. He made the process of switching from Bell to Fido seamless, addressing coverage issues with expertise. His professionalism and engaging conversation made the entire experience enjoyable.
