Monthly rental only at an exorbitant rate. Rooms aren't furnished and some appear to be barely habitable. The building manager is great, but whoever owns the place is obviously a slumlord.

The staff are great but the atmosphere needs to be updated. A place to go for a beer but not much more. It is close to my residence and they do stay open till 11pm which is good. I favor them over the Rocking Horse which is a better place to go but you never know when they will close!
