Good location and ok gas prices, similar to other gas stations. However, the women’s washroom was very very dirty, and several things like the ventilation, soap dispenser, and door lock were broken. The water was also not warm enough.
Also, the amount of gas pumped seemed unusually high compared to what I expected the tank could hold, though that might just be my impression…

Stopped in for gas and refreshments. We needed wet wipes for my baby. $10.00 for a pack of 18??? The exact same product is $2.85 at shoppers. I get the convenience is more pricier, but an almost 300% mark up is ridiculous, you should be ashamed for pricing you products so high. I hope math is correct by the way.

Always a waste of time... despite kind, helpful employees, when the pumps almost never work and customers are angry every time I'm there its a terrible experience. Prepare to have to pay inside and guess how much fuel you need everytime. Pitiful maintenance on the pumps and extremely dangerous getting in or out.

Filthy bathroom! Left without coffee, the bathroom was a horror. There was a inch of dust and grossness at back of the toilet seat so how long ago it was ccleaned...just gross

If I could give less than 1 star I would. The staff here used to be SO friendly, it was a joy to experience. The new management is ATROCIOUS!! I am appalled at the treatment I received at my recent visit and will absolutely go out of my way to avoid this gas station. WORST CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE EVER!!!! I've never EVER been spoken to like this in a professional setting. DISGUSTING.

lovely staff and their bathrooms are always clean. I always stop here before heading home from a day trip to nanaimo. Paid for my lunch once too! 10/10 would use their bathrooms again.

I’ve patronized this station for about 6 years now, and have always appreciated the convenience and friendly staff. Nothing stellar, but happy to go there. They were even able to pump fuel during our massive and widespread power failure several years ago. When the new ownership recently took over, I heard some negative feedback, but kept going there. It was clean, receipt paper always full, squeegees and buckets clean, pumps clean.The last several visits in March, as I go through about $175.00 in fuel every week or so these days, I’m more than disappointed.Actually, more like disgusted. It is so dirty around the pumps, garbages and concrete areas that I’m inclined to go elsewhere.I felt like I’ve been in a sleazy bar after handling the pumps. And I can only hope they do something drastic to turn things back around. No excuse. Not impressed.

No medium cups. No toilet paper. No timers on the coffee pots. Girl at counter had an "oh well" attitude. Bakery had a great selection of fresh products.
