“My vehicle was shipped from Halifax to Courtenay. The last leg from Nanaimo to Courtenay was completed by Nanoose Bay Towing. I was contacted when they had received my vehicle, and then plans were made to have it delivered to our new address. I was contacted by the driver the day before and then shortly before the truck arrived. We inspected the vehicle together and then completed the required paperwork. No issues at all. The staff were friendly, helpful and professional.”
