While attending to family estate business I expressed interest in opening an account at the Nelson BMO and was told that I would need to make an appointment. It is a 2 hour round trip for me to attend an appointment and I was there attending an appointment. Slow to process TFSA distribution to beneficiaries. Somewhat disorganized.

They never answer the phone. I've tried calling to set up an appointment for 3 days in a row. Left messages for them, which they said they would call back before the end of the day and nothing. Really?!?

As of January 17, 2022 the Nelson branch still has their holiday message on the phone system stating they will return call December 29, 2021....no warm bodies there

DEFINETLY shop for a mortgage somewhere else, WORST EXPERIENCE EVER in 2018 and now waiting over a week for a responce to the mortgage payout penalty ??? really bad

Worst bank service within the 2 months period of time they deducted 50 dollars from my chequeing account with any information. I try to call then they shows always busy ... I don't understand why they doing this. Even they told it was free for 1 year.This is not fair what they done.. last they deducted 15 dollars in the name of performance plan...so I stopped their going with other bank now I am feel ok with other bank service.
