I took my wobbly truck to Herbs after another shop was unable to alleviate the unwanted sway. Herb's was attentive to my upcoming travel plans and put me on a short order wait list. They did a much better job than the other shop, however Aaron, the owner, took me on a quality check ride and noticed that it wasn't yet perfect. After my trip, he fixed up the issue 100%, with no additional cost.I also found he was willing to share lots of useful information in conversation while shuttling me to and from town during the appt. I was quite pleased with his attention to detail, honouring our agreed schedule (half his staff was out sick on the day he fixed the truck, but he didn't reschedule), and friendly demeanour. Herb's will be my first stop from now on.

Aaron was extremely thorough and took the time to give my minivan a good look over, and did quality work. I walked out of there a very happy customer today, as he accommodated us greatly with not only rides while we didn’t have our vehicle, but also working within our budget and going above and beyond in the services done for our van. Aaron spent a good amount of time fixing little things on top of the main reason we brought it in, and even topped up all our fluids as a courtesy. Everyone in my little community uses Herbs, their simply the best around!Aaron and all his staff deserve every penny they make, I’m simply blown away by the quality of work done on my van, as well as the unbeatable customer service from the entire team. I had an emergency brake problem in hilly Nelson but it was after hours. Aaron at Herb's answered my panicked call and agreed to come take a look at my car very next morning. I needed to get it driving quickly as I am not from Nelson. Aaron took my car despite being very busy and did the minimum repairs so I could make it safely home, for a bargain price!
