The ladies were very welcoming from the moment we stepped into the store. Both were extremely helpful, knowledgeable and very friendly. They made suggestions and was able to help me get what I was looking for. Not to mention they were so wonderful with my husband and made him feel very comfortable being there. Christine and Sky are very down to earth women and if you are looking for quality clothing, natural fabrics and real excellent customer service I highly recommend shopping here. I will be back! After returning home and realizing what happened, I called the shop, they retrieved my lost bag, and shipped it to me in less than 24 hours for free. Looking over some reviews here, I see that service going above and beyond is just another day on Baker street. I’ll be dropping in next time I’m in Nelson.”
