I was pleasantly surprised by the quick, professional service I received. They had my truck for two days only and the work was well done! I had looked at the reviews before I took it there, and was a bit hesitant due to some bad ones, but honestly they did amazing work, and very timely too, I would have no problem recommending them!

Complete waste of time the guy inspecting my car for damage was clown totally unprofessional. He didn’t know what he was talking about. Don’t bring your vehicle there.

Fast professional service. We were thrilled with our experience - we had them do the initial asssessment and then decided to hold off on the work, but when we finally called them the parts were ordered and the work was done 3 days later. The price was fair. In addition, the car was fully detailed - we haven't seen it that clean in 2 years. Thank you Chrysler Auto Body, we highly recommend you.

Had an appointment early January for an estimate on body work. Called January 29 as I still had not heard anything. Jenny could not find record of my appointment ever occurring. She was condescending and rude. She said there was nothing scheduled for that day and repeatedly asked me if I had the right shop. I called back with my ICBC #. She found my information and said they hadn’t yet entered anything into the system. Instead of accepting responsibility for their multiple errors, or being apologetic, she was accusatory and snarky. Won’t be taking my vehicle here for service, ever.

What an absolute waste of time. They kept my vehicle from 12:30pm until 10am the next day and it looks like it was washed down with a dish cloth. I could of done a better job and faster. Literal dirt on the seats and gunk underneath them. Lost 2 days of work waiting around for them, and an hour this morning waiting for them to come pick me up after I called twice and no answere. Completely unacceptable and unprofessional.

This should be your last choice when choosing a shop to estimate for an icbc claim. Booked me in for an appointment and then I showed up and no one was there. They “forgot” to send my photos in to icbc and then dodged my calls and emails for months. Then I had to babysit them through every step of the process to ensure my estimate was sent in. The front desk lady was helpful but everyone else I delt with was a grumpy dud.

Came for an appointment on July 4, 2024, for an ICBC claim. Lady made lots of photos of the car, said it’ll take about 6 weeks until they can fix the car. Called 2 months later, they did not even start an application.

I've never left a review before for anything. Nelson Chrysler Auto Body was terrific. They were a pleasure to deal with. Very friendly. They were upfront and communicative. I felt like they set my expectations realistically and over delivered. A situation where you need body work done to your car due to an accident is not something that one wants to deal with. Very fast and professional service on a large dent, scratch down the box of my pickup. A courtesy call the day before pickup was really appreciated. And the interior detailing was a really nice and unexpected surprise. Thanks again!
