I ordered Candy canes all the way to Smiths Falls Ontario. It was packaged well and arrived without a single broken cane. There was a Thank you written on the receipt with a sticker and tiny chocolate this was a cute added touch. It arrived fast considering the distance , you could tell it was packaged right away and sent off. We will definitely be ordering again!!

It’s Christmas!! I was expecting delays. The store shipped my order fast not just once, but twice! There was an issue with my order; they resolved it quickly and professionally. Excellent customer service! The communication was excellent. This is the place to go for your sweet fix or Christmas gifts. You won’t regret it. What can we say. The kids loved it. The adults too hahaha.
6 of us packed our hands full as a huge treat, and it cost $100, pretty good considering this will last for weeks. But just a great place.

No service at all. I was waiting to order ice cream, but the girl at the counter just stood there, sipping her coffee leaning on the counter and giving me side glances. She didn’t make any effort to help me.

It's a nice candy shop, with a lot of variety and some bottled specialty pop. Lack of "licorice" options for my liking. I was looking for licorice wheels or Red Ropes. They do have some pre-bagged candies, but all the u-pick is behind the counter and you need someone to do it for you. I know it prevents "sampling", but picking your candy and just weighing it is part of the fun. Worth a visit for specialty items.
