The store and staff are amazing! I've been to the store and fell in love with the clothing. I was so happy to see they offer online shipping. I've made several online purchases and have always been delighted. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate my sizing mistake, I can not recommend enough!

Met the owner on my way through from Courtney on Vancouver Island to Calgary then on to travel the world. Picked up the best little bralettes. Super comfortable and nicely priced. The owner was great and the atmosphere was also wonderful with super great clothes. If I'm back in Nelson again if I return to Canada I will definitely be stopping in as I'm sure Natasha will be a fast friend.

It was my first time going into WOOSAHH today under recommendation from a friend of mine, because I had gone to a couple different stores on Baker and wasn't finding anything that I liked or was my style. I am in town today on a tight schedule looking for a dress for a wedding.. and upon walking in, I was super excited to see some stuff that was more my vibe and was looking forward to looking around. The blonde woman in the store seemed super rushed and was hurriedly putting something away, didn't greet us at all except to say that she was closed from across the store. We stopped and said "oh, okay", as she continued on about "if you want, you can look around for 2 minutes if you already know what you want to buy but I am closed at 4 today". We said "alright, thanks", assuming it was already very close to 4 and turned around. Upon getting outside, we had checked the time and it was 10 to 4. Checking online, the scheduled closing time for this business was 5pm.It was extremely disappointing to walk into a store I was excited to see clothes I'd really like to buy in and have the employee or owner completely turn me around immediately. I was willing to spend as much money as necessary to find the perfect outfits for my sister's wedding. Unfortunately this business missed out, as we decided to spend money elsewhere.Upon walking back and checking out the sign on the door, it appears this business has an extremely wishy washy schedule. I get that it's Nelson and this is the Kootenays, but what kind of business model is this?I will not be returning to a business with such an unclear schedule and with staff/owners so quick to turn away customers like what happened to me today. I'll also be sharing my experience with my family and friends. Unreal.
