Amazing service by Kia! Most fun i've had in american eagle in a long time! Kia gave great suggestions when the size or style wasn't available! I came in for one pair of jeans and left with 5! He went above and beyond and wasn't pushy at all he genuinely just wanted to help! This was the best customer service interaction I've ever had while being a shopper! Keep up the great work! (Give this man a raise because we were extremely needy) if i could give 10 stars i absolutely would!

Visited your Queensborough location today and able to find a pair of jeans with the help of Kiavash. I just wanted to let Management know that he was friendly, very helpful and just a joy to deal with! You definitely have a “hidden gem” and he deserves to be recognized for the wonderful job he is doing.

Me and my wife were here on Monday July 22nd 2024 and all of the staff went way above and beyond to help us when we possible and were extraordinarily friendly. Could not recommend this place enough. Staff need a raise or at least some recognition for their extraordinary effort and customer service

Oh my this store is so good! Everything was under $20 when I came today.
Plus the staffs were amazing! Aryn & Kia were the best!! They are very FRIENDLY, FUNNY and HELPed me A LOT during my shopping. I needed help with finding my size & my husband’s size and they always found them in the back room (they’re not like those store associates that said “I’ll look for it”, but not actually looking). I was looking for shorts and Aryn even gave me few options of my size! I ended up getting all of them ?
And also they entertained my baby during my shopping ??
Staffs in the fitting room were very nice too!

Was only looking for shorts but ended up purchasing a lot from this store! They’re great quality and great price! It’s a trap!! Be careful!! An hour is not enough ??

One of the best people i was helped by out of all the stores i have ever been in. Grace- Ella helped me here. She was amazing and the best customer service i ever received. She made my day as it has always been very hard for me to buy clothes in the past from anywhere and i had few clothes i had got from another AE store that were not how i expected but she made it right for me and i found something else instead which made my shooping experience so much easier. Thanks again to her. Love the brand even more and will definitely be shopping again. Also another employee who was working in the fitting room was great she dint mind opening the fitting room tym and again as i had to use the room for different clothing even though the store got busy. Amazing employees, thanks again. You guys rock

Love American Eagle, this outlet has amazing deals. Got some great deals on swimwear, underwear and clothing. Got like 14 items for under $100. Definitely will come back again!
